El present projecte, està elaborat per a TECH SA, una empresa de caire internacional que basa la seva activitat professional en la venta i distribució de productes informàtics. L’entitat sol·licita un avantprojecte referent a una nova nau que desitgen construir. Després de 12 anys en la nau on es treballa actualment, degut a la recuperació econòmica global i a una forta política empresarial de TECH SA, s’han trobat en la necessitat d’ampliar el seu espai de treball. Així doncs, de forma estratègica, l’empresa decideix comprar a l’estiu de 2018 els terrenys col·lindants a la nau de treball actual per tal de suplir la necessitat d’espai arrel del creixent volum de comandes. L’empresa doncs, sol·licita la redacció del present avantprojecte on després de fer una proposta de distribució de la nau i les seves activitats, es doni una solució constructiva de la nau, es realitzi un estudi de càlcul de la construcció i es faci un estudi exhaustiu i econòmic de la nau resultant dels punts anteriorment esmentats. Doncs, s’ha fet un estudi de les diferents activitats i tasques que existeixen en la nau existent així com de la relació entre elles. També s’han observat els diferents espais. Així doncs, s’ha proposat un layout del nou espai, buscant la simplificació, dinamisme dels processos i la practicitat. Tot això complint amb les diferents normatives actuals. Aquest disseny ha resultat en una nau de tres plantes havent-hi un pàrquing al subterrani, a la planta baixa tots els processos productius, administratius així com la rebuda, circulació i emissió de les mercaderies i darrerament, un primer pis que serveix com a magatzem

The present project is prepared for TECH SA, an international company which bases its professional activity on the sale and distribution of IT products. The entity requests a preliminary project for a new ship they wish to build. Well, a study has been made of the different activities and tasks that exist on the ship existing as well as the relationship between them. The different spaces have also been observed. So, a layout of the new space has been proposed, looking for simplification, dynamism of processes and practicality. All this in compliance with the various current regulations. This design has resulted in a three-storey building with a parking lot underground, on the ground floor all the productive, administrative processes as well as the receipt, circulation and issue of the goods and lastly, a first floor that serves as a warehouse
