Abstract

Flexsim és un software de simulació útil en diversos aspectes de la indústria, en aquest cas s’ha utilitzat en l’àmbit de la logística. El projecte es pot dividir en tres grans blocs:  Explicació funcionament del software  Explicació i optimització del cas d’estudi  Variacions i anàlisi de resultats en el cas d’estudi Primerament s’explica el funcionament del Flexsim amb la finalitat de què el lector adquireixi unes nocions bàsiques sobre el funcionament general del software i les diferents funcions i accions que es poden duu a terme. En el segon bloc s’explica el cas d’estudi, elaborat per el software explicat en el bloc anterior, que s’analitzarà en el projecte. Aquest cas d’estudi consta d’un magatzem amb tres zones:  Zona d’arribades de productes  Zona d’emmagatzematge  Zona d’elaboració de comandes

Flexsim is a useful simulation software in various aspects of the industry, in this case has been used in the field of logistics. The project can be divided into three large blocks:  Explanation of how the software works  Explanation and optimization of the case study  Variations and analysis of results in the case study First, the operation of Flexsim is explained with the aim that the reader acquire some basic notions about the general operation of the software and the different functions and actions that can be performed. In the second blog, the case study is explained, developed by the software explained in the blog above, which will be analyzed in the project. This case study consists of a warehouse with three areas:  Product arrival area  Storage area  Order processing area
