Abstract

La impressió 3D, i entre les diferents tècniques la FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling), permet fabricar aprofitant millor els materials amb pràcticament desaprofitament nul. A més aquesta tècnica permet fabricar elements amb geometries complexes que serien molt més complicades de fabricar amb altres mètodes o gairebé impossible. Això permet optimitzar millor les geometries i fabricar elements amb menys material però iguals propietats mecàniques, com per exemple les estructures reticulades

3D printing, and between the various techniques FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling), allows you to make better use of materials with virtually zero waste. In addition this technique allows to manufacture elements with complex geometries that would be much more complicated to manufacture with other methods or almost impossible. This allows better optimization of geometries and fabrication of elements with less material but with equal mechanical properties, such as cross-linked structures
