La Transexualidad en los menores de edad

Los objetivos que van a guiar nuestro estudio son principalmente: discernir cuál es la situación actual de protección jurídica a los menores trans, el estudio de los conflictos o debates actuales y mostrar cuáles son las expectativas o proyectos a corto/medio plazo. Las preguntas con las que arrancamos este trabajo se podrían articular básicamente en: ¿garantizan los poderes públicos una real/efectiva protección jurídica a los menores transexuales? y ¿en qué medida y de qué forma se protege el interés superior del menor en estos casos?
