Censo demográfico del endemismo Verbascum fontqueri

Abstract

Censo demográfico del endemismo Verbascum fontqueri, para localizar y cuantificar la presencia del mismo en el territorio y poder así evaluar el grado de conservación de la especie. Seguimiento de flora amenazada, cuya finalidad primordial es la recolección de datos demográficos y cronológicos que den a conocer la dinámica poblacional de las poblaciones de V. fontqueri, un taxón endémico exclusivo de las sierras litorales valencianas en la Ribera del Júcar, que se encuentra catalogado como “En peligro” según los criterios de la Unión Internacional para la Conservación de la Naturaleza y de los Recursos Naturales, como “Protegidas no catalogadas” en el Catálogo Valenciano de Flora Amenazada (Anexo ll), y como ”Vulnerable” en la Lista roja de Flora Vascular. En definitiva es un trabajo cuya finalidad es la de aportar información sobre la evolución demográfica y geográfica de la especie, y por tanto, hacia la preservación de la diversidad biológica y de los ambientes donde medra.
