Abstract

[EN] The following Final Thesis has a objective the development of an architectural proposal, a simple unit, which may resolve the vast program demanded, intervening in the existing elements of the area as well as resolving and developing new spaces. The work highlights the concept of the fractal structure, and the importance of binding the different scales with a single idea. In the intervention a proposal for a territorial regeneration which may improve the area selected, la Creu Coberta district is set out. In order to achieve this, the project tries to include in El Plan Del Parque Central, the plot in which the project is developed, trying to merge it with the neighborhood and green axis. In addition, the idea of the fractal sequence will be extended to the plot as well as the units developed in order to boost the fractal idea. The study of the surroundings, the existing buildings as well as the people that live in the area is essential for a logic proposal. The following Final Thesis is presented with the intention to create an answer with a simple unit that will resolve the different problems of the plot.
