Esta investigación se centra en el análisis de la sobrecarga percibida por el cuidador/a informal y no profesional derivada del cuidado diario de familiar que padece Parálisis Cerebral. A partir de una encuesta a diez cuidadores en la asociación FRATER de Castellón, se pretende conocer su perfil, demandas, intervenciones más frecuentes e identificar su nivel de sobrecarga, para analizar la situación y presentar desde la perspectiva de la Educación Emocional unos consejos que mejoren la calidad de vida de cuidador y por tanto de la persona dependiente
This research focuses on the work overload given by an unqualified caregiver who daily takes care of a Cerebral Palsy. Some of the aspects of doing a survey to some caregivers from FRATER association of Castellon is to; know your profile, demands, frequent investigations and identify their level of overload. Moreover, It helps us to analyze the situation and present from the perspective of emotional education some tips that will improve the quality of life from a caregiver and a dependent person.
