This writing studies the International Conventions, Declarations and Treaties concerning the children’s situation in broken mixed marriages’ cases. It deals with the troubles that this break creates and with the solutions that those international tools facilitate. But the most important part of this work is dedicated to the study and analysis of the applying regulation to these cases when happened within the European Union territory: the Regulation number 2201/2003, also known as Regulation Brussels II bis.
