La docència en valencià del dret administratiu a la Universitat Jaume I

Abstract

L'obra té el seu origen en la celebració d'un Seminari intitulat "L'ús del valencià a l'ensenyament del Dret administratiu", que es va dur a terme al Departament de Dret administratiu de la Universitat de València el 29 de novembre de 2022, on un grup de professores i professors de Dret administratiu de les Universitats públiques de la Comunitat Valenciana vàrem debatre i analitzar la situació i les perspectives de futur de l'ensenyament universitari en valencià a les diverses assignatures vinculades a l'àrea de Dret administratiu, decidint encetar una línia de recerca i col·laboració interuniversitària al voltant d'aquesta temàtica. Als diversos capítols analitzem el marc normatiu del valencià i la seua implementació a les Universitats Jaume I de Castelló, Universitat d'Alacant, Miguel Hernández d'Elx i Universitat de València-Estudi General. Tot i que els corresponents Estatuts universitaris reconeixen el valencià com a llengua pròpia, l'obra evidencia les mancances del seu ús en l'ensenyament i investigació universitària, i per tant la necessitat de mesures per a garantir els drets lingüístics de tota la comunitat educativa.
