Abstract

Las organizaciones saludables no sólo sobreviven a las crisis, o logran adaptarse a ellas, sino que salen más fortalecidas, convirtiéndose en organizaciones resilientes. ¿Cuáles son sus características?: llevan a cabo esfuerzos sistemáticos, planificados y de carácter proactivo para mejorar la salud de los empleados, con el diseño y rediseño de los puestos, con la creación de canales de comunicación abierta o con estrategias de conciliación entre trabajo y vida personal, por ejemplo. Tres son los aspectos cruciales: poner en marcha prácticas saludables para estructurar y gestionar los procesos de trabajo influye en el desarrollo de empleados saludables y en resultados organizacionales saludables.
