Abstract

La desconexión digital es un fenómeno que afecta a las empresas debido a la sobrecarga tecnológica por la realidad laboral, que conlleva el uso desmesurado de nuevas tecnologías.Este fenómeno tiene como consecuencia que se producen efectos positivos y efectos negativos. Como aspectos positivos podemos encontrar que la desconexión digital facilita una amplia flexibilidad laboral, ya que ello nos permite que se ponga en práctica el teletrabajo, permitiéndonos una conciliación familiar y laboral; a la vez que nos hace vivir los aspectos negativos como pueden ser la sobrecarga de información que tienen las personas trabajadoras y la consecuencia principal de dicho hecho, que sería, la merma del ejercicio del derecho a la desconexión digital.
