Abstract

El artículo analiza la responsabilidad del comprador de un inmueble de una empresa o un particular que se encuentra en concurso, respecto a los recibos del impuesto de bienes inmuebles que pudieran hallarse pendientes.

The article analyzes the responsibility of the buyer of a property of a company or an individual that is in bankruptcy, regarding the receipts of property tax that could be pending.
