La gestión del talento y clima laboral

Abstract

El presente Trabajo Final de Máster pretende demostrar y apoyar la idea de que cada una de las personas que forman las organizaciones formar parte de un todo, trabajando juntas para lograr un fin. La idea alta rotación en una organización es aterradora, no solo por los costes que eso implica sino por consecuencias negativas para las organizaciones, por eso es importante invertir en prácticas organizacionales saludables Mediante la evaluación de clima laboral podremos visualizar aspectos influyentes en la alta rotación de las operarias y operarios de producción de la empresa a estudiar del sector droguería y se elaborará una propuesta de acciones de mejora. En todo momento buscamos satisfacer a nuestro cliente ficticio, ofreciéndoles las herramientas necesarias para crear una Organización Saludable.

This Master's Final Project aims to demonstrate and support the idea that each of the people who make up organizations form part of a whole, working together to achieve an end. The idea of high turnover in an organization is terrifying, not only because of the costs that this implies but also because of negative consequences for organizations, that is why it is important to invest in healthy organizational practices. By evaluating the work environment we will be able to visualize influential aspects in the high turnover of the operators and production workers of the company to be studied in the drugstore sector and a proposal for improvement actions will be prepared. At all times we seek to satisfy our fictitious client, offering them the necessary tools to create a Healthy Organization.
