Seguridad ciudadana en municipios pequeños

Authors: Requena Colomar, Núria;

Seguridad ciudadana en municipios pequeños

Abstract

Security in small towns has as aim seeing how develop towns with less than 5.000 inhabitants, because of its location or any other situation (such as not having enough resources) the feel neglected since they can’t have local Police and the nearest quarter is in other town and the have to travel there to make a report o they have to wait for the Police to come in case of an emergency. Legislation and case-law will be checked to see how the topic was treated, how is it regulate in these days and how it is solved for the inhabitants that demand a local police, but, because of its situation they can’t afford it; one example is the joint Police, a Police union for people whom can’t afford having its own Police. Lastly, from the information gained it will be seen which is or are the solutions for these kind of towns to have more police in town than the use to have so far.
