La motivación del veredicto

Abstract

En el presente trabajo académico se analiza en qué consiste la motivación exigida al veredicto emitido por parte del Jurado, órgano colegiado de ciudadanos legos en Derecho integrado en el Tribunal del Jurado. Además, se analiza qué defectos pueden existir en tal motivación, así como sus consecuencias y los medios de impugnación previstos en la LOTJ para que las partes puedan recurrir por los mismos.
