El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado tiene dos finalidades distintas pero complementarias entre sí. En primer lugar, proporcionar los conocimientos necesarios sobre las imprudencias tales como la regulación, la clasificación, las conductas de riesgo y la distinta incidencia que tienen sobre el accidente de trabajo. También se muestra que el accidente de trabajo no solo tiene que ver con la imprudencia del trabajador sino que también debemos ver más allá y examinar sí el empresario ha realizado una protección eficaz del trabajador y sí no es así, las responsabilidades que le nacen de dicho incumplimiento. La segunda finalidad del trabajo sería detallar un caso práctico sobre una imprudencia. Con esto conseguimos llevar el Trabajo Fin de Grado a una parte más práctica, y nos permite poner en uso todos los conocimientos que hemos ido adquiriendo a lo largo del grado.

This Final Work has twofold different purpose but complementary to each other. First of all, provide the knowledge about follies such as regulation, classification, risk behaviours and the different incidence that they have on the work accident. It also shows that the accident at work not only has to do with the recklessness of the worker but that we must also look beyond this and examine whether the employer has carried out effective protection of the worker and, if this is not the case, the responsibilities arising from this failure to do so. The second purpose of the work would be to detail a case study on imprudence. Therewith we can carry the Final Project to a more practical part, and it allows us to put to use all the knowledge that we have acquired throughout the degree.
