El presente proyecto final de grado tiene por objeto destacar el valor patrimonial de la arquitectura troglodita, una tipología de vivienda insólita y auténtica que constituye en sí un gran atractivo turístico, un modo de alojamiento que da singularidad al destino. Se pretende dar a conocer las particularidades de las casas cueva, su comportamiento bioclimático, su capacidad de integración con el paisaje, así como su importancia como factor de progreso y de oportunidades, capaz de generar desarrollo económico y cultural en el territorio. Para ello, abordaremos un estudio global del actual panorama turístico, centrándonos en la zona donde se agrupan la mayoría de casas cueva turísticas en España en la actualidad, Granada.

This project is born with the objective of underline the patrimonial value of the cave-dwelling architecture, a type of house very unusual and genuine. These characteristics give to this model a real tourism attraction and provide singularity to this lodging. We expect to make public the distinctive features of cave houses, their wonderful bioclimatic benefits and their importance as a driver for development for local economies. For these reason, we will tackle a full study of the cave house tourism. And we will focus on Granada, because is the area with the most important number of cave houses.
