Desarrollo de recubrimientos de metal-cerámica para mejorar la resistencia al desgaste de los moldes de inyección

Abstract

Treball Final de Grau en Enginyeria en Disseny Industrial i Desenvolupament de Productes. Codi: DI1048. Curs acadèmic: 2013/2014 El objetivo del proyecto es desarrollar un recubrimiento, a partir de una aleación comercial, con la intención de reducir su comportamiento frente al desgaste, y después recubrir un molde de inyección para alargar su vida útil. Para realizar la investigación, se partirá de una superaleación comercial de base níquel (NiCrBSi), añadiendo unas cantidades concretas de óxido de aluminio (Al2O3 ) y óxido de zirconio (Zr2O3 ). Se estudiará y analizará el coeficiente de fricción y el comportamiento frente al desgaste, con la ayuda de un tribómetro. Una vez estudiados los distintos recubrimientos que tenemos, y sabiendo que se proyectará mediante la técnica de proyección térmica, en la variante oxifuel, estudiaremos los parámetros y los requisitos de diseño, a tener en cuenta a la hora de aplicarlo sobre la superficie del molde.
