El ISSN corresponde a la versión electrónica del documento Un moderno complejo residencial en el municipio de Vratsa ha proporcionado un entorno de vida seguro para niños y adolescentes con discapacidades físicas y mentales. Las innovadoras instalaciones han sido diseñadas para satisfacer sus necesidades cotidianas y se asemejan mucho a un entorno familiar.
