Las correcciones financieras en materia de fondos estructurales

Abstract

Un elemento fundamental en la eficiencia del gasto público es el control de los errores financieros y presupuestarios en las Administraciones. Las correcciones financieras cumplen esa función y por su singularidad merecen un análisis en su regulación y en la interpretación de la misma por el Tribunal de Justicia de la UE. Efficiency in public expenditure calls for control on budgetary and financial errors. This is the gene of financial corrections and, therefore, a singular analysis of EU case law and regulation is merited.
