Sinhogarismo y patología dual: a propósito de un caso

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo desarrollar un Plan Individualizado de Rehabilitación (PIR) sobre un caso real. El usuario tiene 50 años y es residente Bilbao. En 2016, a los 47 años, se sitúa el inicio de la sintomatología y su primer contacto con la red de salud mental. Desde este comienzo, el usuario ha ingresado en varias ocasiones y ha presentado seguimiento de forma irregular en su Unidad de Salud Mental de referencia (Novia Salcedo). A día de hoy, se encuentra en el centro de rehabilitación psicosocial comunitario de Emaús Fundación social que trabaja en la inclusión de las personas en riesgo o en situación de exclusión social. Para abordar este caso y basándonos en la historia vital de este usuario, se ha realizado a modo de contexto una introducción y un análisis del fenómeno del sinhogarismo, sus efectos y los servicios existentes que brindan atención a estas personas sin hogar. This paper aims to develop an Individualized Rehabilitation Plan (PIR) on a real case. The user is 50 years old and a Bilbao resident. In 2016, at the age of 47, the beginning of the symptomatology and its first contact with the mental health network is located. From this beginning, the user has entered several times and has presented irregular monitoring in his Mental Health Unit of reference (Novia Salcedo). Today, it is in the Emmaus community psychosocial rehabilitation centre Social Foundation that works on the inclusion of people at risk or in a situation of social exclusion. To address this case and based on the vital history of this user, an introduction and analysis of the homelessness phenomenon, its effects and the existing services that provide care to these homeless people has been carried out as a context.
