Herramientas frente al acoso sexual callejero

Abstract

Treball final de Màster Universitari en Igualtat i Gènere en l'Àmbit Públic i Privat (Pla de 2013). Codi: SRM042. Curs acadèmic 2018-2019 El acoso sexual callejero es un tipo de violencia contra la mujer que limita la utilización de los espacios públicos. Lo cual impide que los espacios públicos, y en especial el transporte urbano e interurbano, sean espacios neutros en los que la ciudadanía desarrolle sus derechos fundamentales y sus relaciones en un plano de igualdad y de total seguridad. Además, el hecho de que a lo largo del tiempo se hayan naturalizado este tipo de acciones ha llevado a que se haya dedicado mucho menos recursos a hacer frente al acoso sexual callejero que al propio acoso sexual. En el presente trabajo se pretende facilitar herramientas frente al acoso sexual callejero presentando un proyecto de intervención que mediante la utilización de las nuevas tecnologías de la información y comunicación, sea un instrumento de empoderamiento a la ciudadanía, en especial a las mujeres, que lo necesiten o presencien un hecho de acoso sexual callejero, la cual les permitiría solicitar ayuda de forma rápida y sencilla, tanto a contactos predeterminados en su terminal móvil, como a los cuerpos y fuerzas de seguridad.
