Abstract

El Presente trabajo tuvo como fin diseñar una propuesta de intervención positiva basada en compasión, con el objetivo de incrementar el bienestar y desempeño organizacional en una empresa del sector del juguete, desarrollando conductas prosociales dentro de los equipos de trabajo e interáreas, fortaleciendo el clima de apoyo y aumentando emociones positivas en la plantilla organizacional , favoreciendo así; Los procesos de comunicación interna, innovación, responsabilidad social corporativa y contribuyendo con esto a su actual estrategia organizacional. El programa se encuentra dividido en 5 etapas; la primera esta guiada a la revisión del panorama actual y sensibilización de la plantilla, la segunda etapa se centra en el diagnóstico y análisis de la información, en la etapa tres se encuentra la propuesta de implementación y por último la etapa cuarta está dirigida a la retroalimentación de resultados y a la evaluación de impacto del programa con la segunda aplicación de los instrumentos de medición. Dentro de estas etapas se desarrollan 4 líneas de actuación (individual, grupal, líderes, responsabilidad social), las cuales están interrelacionadas, con el fin de conseguir resultados eficaces dentro de la organización. Los instrumentos de evaluación seleccionados son el cuestionario HEROCheck de Salanova (2019), Escala de compasión de Pomier (2011) y escala de autocompasión de Neff (2003) aplicados antes y después de la intervención planteada. Por otro lado, se realizará una explicación de las diferentes competenticas, habilidades y conocimientos adquiridos a través del máster de psicología del trabajo, de las organizaciones y de los recursos humanos, valorando cada competencia en dos momentos diferentes antes de iniciar y una vez culminado el máster.

The purpose of this work was to design a proposal for positive intervention based on compassion, with the objective of increasing the well-being and organizational performance in a toy sector company, developing prosocial behaviors within the work and interarea teams, strengthening the climate of support and increasing positive emotions in the organizational staff, thus favoring; the processes of Internal Communication, Innovation, Corporate Social Responsibility and contributing with this to its current organizational strategy. The programme is divided into five stages; the first is guided by the revision of the current panorama and the awareness of the staff; the second stage focuses on the diagnosis and analysis of information; the third stage is the implementation proposal; and the fourth stage is aimed at the feedback of results and the evaluation of the impact of the programme with the second application of the measuring instruments. Within these stages 4 lines of action (individual, group, leaders, social responsibility) are developed, which are interrelated, in order to achieve effective results within the organization. The evaluation tools selected are the Salanova HEROCheck questionnaire (2019), Pomier compassion scale (2011) and Neff self-pity scale (2003) applied before and after the intervention. On the other hand, an explanation of the different competences, skills and knowledge acquired through the master's degree in psychology of work, organizations and human resources will be made, evaluating each competition at two different moments before starting and after completing the master's degree.
