Abstract

La impresión para la electrónica es un área bastante estudiado esos últimos años, este trabajo se enfoca en una de las técnicas de impresión, la impresión Inkjet. La impresión Inkjet es una técnica de impresión que permite una importante amplitud de diseños por la razón que, frente a las otras técnicas de impresión, el diseño es elaborado con ordenador pues es bastante sencillo de cambiarle. El papel de este trabajo es de, primero, entender los desafíos de la impresión Inkjet aplicada a la electrónica, luego de hacer ensayos de impresión haciendo variar uno por uno cada parámetro posible (tensión de eyección, temperatura de la tinta, número de capas…) para ver la influencia de cada uno. El soporte utilizado para la impresión es un vidrio y la tinta es una tinta de impresión coloreada clásica. En principio, no se utiliza una tinta especial para la impresión de circuitos electrónicos, en efecto para ajustar los parámetros y reducir el área de investigaciones, una tinta clásica es suficiente, además, eso permite reducir los costes en investigación. A lo largo de este trabajo, varias técnicas de caracterización serán vistas.
