Análisis del estado actual de la comunicación corporativa en los clubes deportivos valencianos

Abstract

La presente investigación pretende analizar el estado de la comunicación corporativa dentro del ámbito deportivo y, más concretamente, en el deporte de la Comunidad Valenciana. Para ello se ha desarrollado un estudio con un método de análisis cuantitativo que cuenta con la participación de diez equipos representativos del panorama deportivo valenciano de seis deportes diferentes. Así, con la colaboración y participación de los departamentos de comunicación de cada uno de ellos se presentará un cuestionario que será respondido por estos propios departamentos para tratar de elaborar una radiografía de la situación actual de la comunicación corporativa en los clubes deportivos valencianos. Con el objetivo de diseccionar todos los aspectos que afectan a la comunicación y a los departamentos de comunicación, el cuestionario está formado por tres bloques con diferentes temáticas. Se busca obtener nuevas informaciones acerca del grado de profesionalización de estos, sus funciones y responsabilidades para determinar su posición dentro del organigrama del club y, en tercer y último lugar, sobre las herramientas de comunicación y planes estratégicos implementados. Las respuestas de los diez clubes deportivos que componen la muestra de la investigación serán registradas para, posteriormente, exponer todos los resultados arrojados en cada uno de los bloques y en cada una de las preguntas planteadas. Para finalizar, se presentarán las principales conclusiones extraídas del estudio cualitativo desarrollado.

This research aims to analyse the state of corporate communication in the field of sport and, more specifically, in sport in the Comunidad Valenciana. To this end, a study has been carried out using a method of quantitative analysis with the participation of ten teams representing the Valencian sports' panorama from six different sports. Thus, with the collaboration and the participation of the communication departments of each team, a questionnaire answered y them will be presented in order to produce an Xray of the current situation of corporate communication in the Valencian sports clubs. With the aim of dissecting all the aspects that affect communication and the communication departments as well, the questionnaire will consist of three blocks with differentt hemes. The purpose is to obtain new information on the degree of professionalization, roles and responsibilities of the department to determine its position within the organization chart of the club and, in third and last place, on the communication tools and strategic plans implemented. The responses of the ten sports clubs that make up the sample of there search will be analysed in order to analyse the results of each block as well as the questions asked. Finally, them a in conclusions drawn from the qualitative study developed will be presented.
