Proyecto audiovisual. Videoclip Lights

Abstract

This project is part of the end-of-degree project which consists in the audiovisual production of a music video entitled Lights. It is a project that seeks to make sex and affective relationships existing today visible in a realistic and transparent way. This is a subject that is generally assumed as a taboo by our society and that it is usually a reason for censorship in audiovisual products. The music video has a length of three minutes and forty seconds in total. The song belongs to the musical genre of electronics and has been created especially for the production of this project, whose lyrics have been composed and interpreted by Ana Martínez Bosch, 4th-year-student of Audiovisual Communication at the Universitat Jaume I and member of the production team of the end-of-degree project. The instrumental has been produced, composed and mastered by Diego Campuzano Martínez (better known by his artistic name Zelphantom), musical producer and one of the members of the Valencian musical group Atupa. Our main objective in the production of the music video has been focused on generating a rhythm and a dynamic through postproduction according to the melody and image that goes with it. To achieve this, we have used different editing and editing programs with which we have worked throughout the four years of career. Among these programs we have Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve and Final Cut Pro X, that have allowed us to obtain an elaborate editing, according to projected expectations.
