Obesidad infantil y hábitos saludables

Abstract

Treball Final de Grau en Mestre o Mestra d'Educació Infantil. Codi: MI1040. Curs acadèmic: 2018/2019 He observado a lo largo de la realización de este trabajo que la obesidad infantil está a la orden del día, más de lo que muchos creemos. En 2016 nos encontrábamos con el 18.1% que lo padecían en España. Esta enfermedad se asocia con otras, por ello es necesario intervenir tanto en el ámbito escolar como en casa, ya que nos encontramos con varios factores relacionados como son los hábitos inadecuados de alimentación, una vida más sedentaria relacionada con los video juegos. Todo esto está teniendo unas consecuencias muy negativas para los más pequeños, por ello hay que concienciar tanto a las familias y a los centros educativos sobre el problema de la obesidad, con alimentación saludable, actividad física. En resumen con un estilo de vida saludable.
