Abstract

Treball Final de Grau en Enginyeria Agroalimentària i del Medi Rural. Codi: AG1042. Curs: 2018/2019 En el desarrollo de este proyecto se busca alcanzar los siguientes objetivos: - Reducir la cantidad de residuos que terminan en el vertedero o incinerados y producen contaminaciones medioambientales. - Reducir el desgaste del paisaje ya que constituye un recurso patrimonial de todos los ciudadanos y es un elemento fundamental para lograr el equilibrio emocional y la sostenibilidad ambiental, económica, cultural y social del territorio (Crespo, E. 2017). - Revalorización de los residuos orgánicos que de otra manera serían desechados sin poder adquirir otro uso - Reducción del uso de abonos químicos en el campo así como el impacto ambiental que originan. - Diseño de un sistema eficaz para la transformación de residuos orgánicos en compost de calidad.
