Abstract

El presente trabajo pretende abordar la implementación del proceso de decomiso autónomo, inserto en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico, con ocasión de la profunda reforma producida en el año 2015, desde un punto de vista critico, a la vista de su dispersión normativa.
