Abstract

El presente trabajo consiste en un análisis de los principios que inspiran el procedimiento sancionador, y su incidencia en la graduación de las sanciones. Haciendo especial hincapié en el principio de proporcionalidad, y los criterios de que se sirve la administración al objeto de determinar la concreción de aquellas.
