Experiencias homosexuales en jóvenes heterosexuales: Diferencias de género.

Abstract

Introducción. Tradicionalmente, la sexualidad, y sobre todo la orientación sexual, se ha construido desde una perspectiva rígida que ha dificultado la vivencia de las personas. Sin embargo, la experiencia real de las personas parece ser mucho más compleja. Método. 1000 jóvenes heterosexuales cumplimentaron un cuestionario sobre orientación sexual, siendo el 50 % mujeres y el 50 % hombres, con una edad promedio de 21,22 (DT = 2,11). Resultados. En general, las mujeres presentan mayor prevalencia en experiencias homosexuales y en intención de conducta homosexual, siendo las diferencias significativas en todas ellas, a excepción de la realización de conductas sexuales homosexuales. Conclusiones. Las mujeres heterosexuales se muestran más abiertas a la hora de experimentar conductas homosexuales.
