Abstract

Today, more and more, a large number of organizations are being forced to undergo major organizational and technological changes due to the problems that their workforce and family members can not reconcile with their family and staff. The most important objective in the business field is the obtaining of benefits. Therefore, more and more organizations that take into account that the power to reconcile work, family and personal life improves the quality of life of their workforce and this is an increase in productivity and performance. That is, companies begin to be aware that the welfare of the staff is directly related to their performance and that, therefore, workers will pay more when the needs of their family and personal life are covered. In this sense, "reconciling working, family and personal life is a basic tool for human resources management, since it allows to take advantage of all the potential of the staff, whether workers or workers," according to the Ministry of Equality (2010). This work seeks the application of organizational practices that seek reconciliation work family, in addition to the benefits and consequences that the application and non-application respectively of organizational practices bring with them. Every company that bets and promotes conciliation will gain a competitive advantage in terms of effectiveness and efficiency and creating a healthy working climate.
