Abstract

Treball Final de Grau en Periodisme. Codi: PE0932. Curs acadèmic: 2017/2018 Segundas oportunidades parte del Artículo 25.2 de la Constitución Española, que señala que «las penas privativas de libertad y las medidas de seguridad estarán orientadas hacia la reeducación y reinserción social y no podrán consistir en trabajos forzados. El condenado (…) tendrá derecho a un trabajo remunerado y a los beneficios correspondientes de la Seguridad Social, así como al acceso a la cultura y al desarrollo integral de su personalidad». sin embargo, las prisiones cuentan actualmente con numerosas trabas que impiden que puedan cumplir esta función.nuestro objetivo y el motivo por el cual hemos decidido escoger este tema es, principalmente, para dar la voz de alarma y mostrar la gravedad de la situación en el ámbito penitenciario en la que nos encontramos actualmente. The aim is to show the hard conditions in penitentiary institutions in Spain.
