El despido disciplinario

Abstract

El objeto de este Trabajo Final de Grado es analizar el despido disciplinario, las causas que lo justifican y las consecuencias de su calificación. El objetivo es determinar las diferentes causas que pueden dar lugar a este tipo de despido y los elementos y formalidades que deben concurrir para que proceda esta calificación, así como las consecuencias y efectos que tiene la misma en la extinción de la relación laboral. La elección de este trabajo se debe a que se trata de un tipo de despido utilizado excesivamente por las empresas, entre otras cuestiones, por la relevancia que tiene la calificación del despido por cuanto evita la indemnización a percibir en comparación con la indemnización en casos de despido improcedente, objetivo o colectivo. Por ello, es de gran importancia, en la época actual y en el ámbito laboral, conocer los elementos que delimitan el despido disciplinario.
