Abstract

Este trabajo se compone de una breve explicación teórica acerca de los tipos de investigación cuantitativa y cualitativa, centrándonos en la metodología de las historias de vida que se engloba dentro de la investigación cualitativa. Posteriormente, tras la realización de la entrevista al docente que cuenta con 15 años de experiencia, se ha analizado y convertido en una historia de vida que, se utiliza como fuente de información primaria para contestar a las preguntas fundamentales sobre la educación que se trabajaron en la asignatura de historia de la educación. Dichas preguntas son: ¿Por qué y para qué hay que educar? ¿Quién debe educar? ¿Cómo hay que educar? ¿Qué es educar? ¿A quién debemos educar?

This work consists of a brief theoretical explanation of the types of quantitative and qualitative research, focusing on the methodology of life stories that are included within qualitative research. Subsequently, after the completion of the interview the teacher who has 15 years of experience, it has been analyzed and converted into a life story that is used as a primary source of information to answer fundamental questions about education that worked on the subject of education history. These questions are: Why and for what to educate? Who should educate? How should we educate? What is to educate? Who do we educate?
