Estrategias comunicativas y habilidades interpersonales en Turismo

Abstract

Según el proyecto, en cual he estudiado y analizando profundamente todos los factores que implican la comunicación interpersonal, se ha llegado a la conclusión que las habilidades de comunicación en el sector turístico son unas de las claves más importantes y necesarias para tener un negocio exitoso, poder captar y fidelizar una relación con los clientes. Así pues, los factores de la comunicación interpersonales, deberían complementarse entre ellos, de tal manera que sus efectos deberían dar el resultado deseado. El tema del proyecto, es muy interesante tanto para el sector Turístico, como en los demás sectores de trabajo, donde la comunicación hace parte de las herramientas de desarrollo satisfactorio. Los varios, objetivos específicos, en realidad tienen un objetivo global, que es a mejorar la comunicación interpersonal, con el fin de un servicio impecable. Las acciones propuestas deberían adaptarse a los cambios por parte de la demanda en cuanto las exigencias, gustos y preferencias.
