El derecho a la vida y la eutanasia

The objective of this composition is to link the right to live with the law euthanasy and assisted death. I present the existing contrast between different thoughts among the experts of the law and I make a comparison between the actual law in Spain with other European countries, which legislation about eutanasia is currently way more advanced.

El objetivo de este trabajo es relacionar el derecho a la vida con la ley de eutanasia y suicidio asistido. Expongo la problemática existente en las distintas opiniones que presenta la doctrina y realizo una comparación de la ley vigente en nuestro país con otros países de Europa cuya legislación sobre la eutanasia es mucho más avanzada.
