Justifying the political recommendation of government authorities to give solutions to individuals that use a common-pool resource. Later I’ll mention a series of basic principles in which a common-pool resource has to be based for being viable in the future. Lastly, I’ll determine the key aspects so individuals take the right decisions when following their own rules.
