30 years after the Spanish Constitution (1978) and the Spanish Organic Law 1/82, which both grant the right to honour, privacy and own image, it is interesting how celebrities are normally said to lack those rights. Not only is this a common perception in the street but also sometimes in the media and occasionally it is even argued by some jurist in particular trials.
