Abstract

El Máster Universitario en Psicología del Trabajo, de las Organizaciones y en Recursos Humanos es un máster Oficial impartido en la Universitat Jaume I de Castellón. Es un máster tanto de orientación profesional como de investigación, ya que ofrece al estudiante la posibilidad de realizar prácticas en empresa (en el caso de la salida profesional) o el doctorado (en el caso de elegir el itinerario de investigación); y en él se diferencian dos especialidades: Recursos Humanos o Salud Ocupacional. En mi caso, he elegido la especialidad de Salud Ocupacional por mi interés en todo lo relacionado con el bienestar y la salud en general, pues mi formación de base es psicología. Mi objetivo principal en este trabajo será el de describir de una forma clara y eficaz la progresión en el desarrollo de las competencias adquiridas dentro del recorrido formativo del máster y durante las prácticas.
