Abstract

El presente trabajo muestra una propuesta de intervención en las clases de Educación Física a través del modelo motivacional Target (Tarea, Autoridad, Reconocimiento, Agrupaciones, Evaluación y Tiempo). Las estrategias de dicho modelo TARGET y las premisas de las tres necesidades psicológicas básicas (autonomía, competencia y relación con los demás), utilizadas bajo la metodología de asignación de tareas y resolución de problemas pretenden elevar el grado de motivación en las clases de Educación Física. La finalidad de este trabajo es mostrar unas estrategias metodológicas apoyadas en TARGET y la Teoría de meta de logros, basándonos en el clima tarea y en la motivación intrínseca para fomentar la motivación y autonomía en esta área por parte del alumnado.

The present work shows an intervention proposal on Physical Education lessons through the socalled motivational model TARGET (Task, Authority, Recognition, Grouping, Evaluating and Time). The strategies followed by the TARGET model and the premises regarding the three basic psychological needs (autonomy, competence and relation with others), used under the task assignment methodology and problem solving pretend to raise the motivation degree in Physical Education lessons. The main target of this work is show some methodological strategies based on TARGET and Goal Achievement theory, built on the task climate and intrinsic motivation in order to encourage motivation and autonomy.
