Optimización del proceso de purificación de caprolactama : desarrollo de un método cromatográfico para la determinación del glicerol carbonato

Abstract

El trabajo final de máster ha sido realizado en los laboratorios de UBE, empresa dedicada fundamentalmente a la producción de caprolactama. Durante la realización del trabajo se han llevado a cabo básicamente dos trabajos. En primer lugar, se ha realizado un estudio sobre la purificación de disoluciones acuosas de caprolactama utilizando resinas de intercambio iónico, reproduciendo el proceso que tiene lugar en la propia planta y evaluando las posibilidades de utlizar las resinas de modo diferente. La eficiencia de las resinas se ha determinado analizando las disoluciones de caprolactama mediante cromatografía de gases. En segundo lugar, se ha desarrollado y optimizado un método cromatográfico para la determinación de glicerol carbonato mediante GC-FID.
