Abstract

Treball final del Màster Universitari en Psicologia del Treball, de les Organitzacions i en Recursos Humans. Codi: SAK034. Curs acadèmic 2013-2014 La realización del Trabajo Final de Máster proporciona al alumno la herramienta necesaria para una autoevaluación de las competencias adquiridas durante su aprendizaje en el bloque docente y estancia en empresa mediante la herramienta planteada por el certificado EuroPsy. A demás, de realizar una auto-reflexión crítica de su desempeño en el Máster, el alumno será capaz de integrar todos los conocimientos y competencias adquiridas durante el curso académico y proponer mejoras para su desarrollo continuo como estudiante y profesional de la Psicología de la Salud Ocupacional.
