Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación combina metodología cualitativa y cuantitativa para analizar el Proyecto Piloto Música Restaurativa. Su objetivo general es analizar la aplicación y utilidad de prácticas restaurativas, especialmente a través de la música, en materia de violencia de género. Los objetivos específicos de esta investigación son: (a) analizar si la experiencia del Proyecto Piloto Música Restaurativa responde a las expectativas propias de un programa restaurativo, (b) valorar la música como herramienta facilitadora en encuentros restaurativos y (c) elaborar un programa de encuentros restaurativos para víctimas y victimarios de violencia de género. Mediante esta investigación se concluye que es viable realizar encuentros restaurativos para víctimas y victimarios de violencia de género empleando la música como herramienta facilitadora. A su vez, se desarrolla un programa de conferencing para víctimas y victimarios de violencia de género.

This research work combines qualitative and quantitative methodology to analyze the Pilot Project Música Restaurativa. Its general objective is to analyze the application and usefulness of restorative practices, especially through music, in matters of gender violence. The specific objectives of this research are: (a) to analyze whether the experience of the Restorative Music Pilot Project meets the expectations of a restorative program, (b) to value music as a facilitating tool in restorative encounters and (c) to develop a program of Restorative meetings for victims and victimizers of gender violence. This research concludes that it is feasible to carry out restorative encounters for victims and perpetrators of gender violence using music as a facilitating tool. In turn, a conferencing program for victims and perpetrators of gender violence is developed.
