Abstract

La forma de consumir mitjans en l’actualitat es caracteritza per l’atenció dividida en diferents plataformes. En aquest context, el sentit auditiu s’erigeix com la forma d’arribar als consumidors, fins i tot quan aquests estan interactuant amb més d’una pantalla alhora. A més, les empreses busquen cada cop més fidelitzar els clients a través de la construcció de marca. El branding sonor és, doncs, una forma de construir marques adequades al futur més proper. I, igual que els logotips visuals, els logotips sonors són una bona forma de resumir els valors identitaris de les marques.

Currently, the ways of consuming media are characterized by the divided attention in different platforms. In this context, the sense of hearing is one of the best channels to get to the consumers, even when they are interacting with more than one screen at the same time. Furthermore, companies seek customer loyalty through branding. So, sound branding is an ideal form of brand construction for the near future. And, like visual logos, sound logos are a good way to sum up the values oftheidentity of brands.
