Abstract

En un context econòmic com en el que ens trobem, la diferenciació de les empreses esdevé requisit fonamental per a la persistència de la seva activitat. La capacitat de competir de les empreses respon cada vegada més a intangibles com la creativitat i innovació, fonamentals per assegurar la competitivitat i èxit de les organitzacions . Aquest estudi pretén analitzar el factor creatiu en el context organitzacional des d'una vessant teòrica i pràctica. A tal efecte , per una banda s'analitza la bibliografia existent més representativa en matèria de creativitat en l'àmbit d'empresa i per l'altra, es defineix un mètode, el Baròmetre de la Creativitat per a mesurar el nivell de creativitat a les empreses.

Considering the current economic context, the singularity of an enterprise is a fundamental requirement for the persistence of its activity. Its ability to compete responds increasingly to the intangibles as creativity and innovation, which are essential to ensure the competitiveness and success of organizations. This study aims to analyse the creative factor of the organizational context from a theoretical and practical point of view. To this end, on one hand, the most significant literature on creativity in business field will be analysed, while on the other hand, a new method will be defined with the aim to measure the level of creativity within enterprises: the so-called Barometer of Creativity.

En un contexto económico como en el que nos encontramos, la diferenciación de las empresas es un requisito fundamental para la persistencia de su actividad. La capacidad de competir de las empresas responde cada vez más a intangibles como la creatividad e innovación, fundamentales para asegurarla competitividad y éxito de las organizaciones. Este estudio pretende analizar el factor creativo en el contexto organizacional desde la vertiente teórica y práctica. Para ello, por un lado se analiza la bibliografía existente más representativa en materia de creatividad en el ámbito de empresa y por otro, se define un método, el Barómetro de la Creatividad para medir el nivel de creatividad en las empresas
