Abstract

Com o presente artigo pretende-se realizar uma avaliação teórico/prática dos níveis de ruído produzidos pelo tráfego urbano num aglomerado de média dimensão situado no distrito da Guarda através de avaliações dos níveis sonoros contínuos equivalentes Ld, Le e Ln para as condições habituais de tráfego e ruídos residuais existentes no local, procedendo de seguida a uma avaliação das consequências práticas da aplicabilidade da Directiva Europeia 2002/49/CE e do Decreto-Lei nº 9/2007, de 17 de Janeiro.

This paper presents a theoretical/practical analysis regarding the sound levels made by urban traffic within a medium size agglomeration in the Guarda district (Portugal) by in situ measurements of the continuous equivalent sound levels Ld, Le and Ln for the usual traffic conditions and residual sound levels. An avaliation of the practical consequences of the aplication of the European Union Directive 2002/49/CE and of the Portuguese decree-law 9/2007 of January 17.
