Abstract

ABSTRACT: The globalization to which the tourist activity is subject makes the motivations and the needs of the tourists are in a continuous change, going in the search of new experiences that satisfy these new necessities, generating temporary changes in the trips. The new enjoyment of these activities is done thanks to the appearance of new tourism typologies, which must be carried out from a sustainable point of view, so that the environment where it is inserted is not damaged, and where all the groups of intere st participants come out benefited. The development of these activities generates a series of impacts, positive or negative, of various kinds, which may be of a socio-cultural, environmental or economic nature, highlighting the latter positive impacts such as the contribution to the Gross Domestic Product, or negative, such as inflation.
