Es evidente que en la actualidad y cada vez más, el Derecho y la Medicina está obligadas a colaborar entre ellas y a finalmente entenderse para la consecución de más y mejores objetivos. En el campo del Derecho Penal General resulta fundamental la importancia de los informes periciales psiquiátricos y psicológicos, especialmente ante la posibilidad de aplicar una eximente total o parcial por padecer una anomalía o alteración psíquica. En este estudio se ha realizado un desglose de los componentes de los informes. Se trata el peliagudo tema de la peligrosidad criminal, las medidas de seguridad e incluso se proponen algunas propuestas legislativas futuras

It is evident that today and increasingly , law and medicine is obliged to cooperate with each other and eventually understood to achieve more and better goals. In the field of General Criminal Law the importance of psychiatric and psychological expert reports , especially given the possibility of a full or partial exemption for suffering an anomaly or psychic alteration is fundamental.In this study there has been a breakdown of the components of the reports. the thorny issue of criminal dangerousness , security measures and some future legislative proposals is even proposed.
