La Formación de Usuarios de la BUMU en el entorno del Nuevo Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior. Nuevas perspectivas: Proyecto TUNE y Formación de Usuarios Virtuales

Abstract

El objetivo de este proyecto es describir y enumerar los distintos recursos y servicios de la BUMU, tanto a distancia como presenciales, así como los distintos segmentos de usuarios de la Universidad de Murcia y de este modo poder conocer las necesidades de formación del usuario, ayudando así a la elaboración de un plan de formación de usuarios adaptado al Proyecto TUNE, Plan de Formación de Usuarios para la Nueva Europa y añadir nuevos recursos tecnológicos para conseguir el autoaprendizaje del usuario de manera virtual y en presencial.

Proyecto presentado para las Pruebas Selectivas de la Escala de Facultativos de Archivos, Bibliotecas y Museos de la Universidad de Murcia
